Court is held at City Hall, 320 W. Thornton Ave.  the second and fourth Mondays of the month, excluding holidays.

NEW Court Information:
If you wish to pay a ticket through the Violation Bureau, we are located at 320 West Thornton. Click  here for directions.  The court accepts the following payment options:  cash, money order, check or credit card.  Please note an additional service charge of 5.25% will be applied to all credit card payments.

The Municipal Court now accepts payments online at https://www.ipaycourt.com/rockhill service charges will apply.
