The Rock Hill Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at Rock Hill City Hall, 9511 Manchester Road, Rock Hill, MO 63119 to hear citizen comments about the proposed ordinance implementing the 2007 video services providers act and the 2001 public rights of way law by establishing regulations for the provision of video services and for the placement of utility and similar facilities in the public rights of way and on private property. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
