About the Library

The Rock Hill Public Library houses over 28,000 volumes and celebrated 70 years of service to the community in 2014. The Library is located at 9811 Manchester Road, Rock Hill, MO 63119 and can be reached by phone at (314) 962-4723. Board of Trustees

The Library Board of Trustees meetings are held at the library the Second Monday of each month at 6:15 p.m. unless otherwise noted, except for July, August, and December, when there are no meetings. If a meeting falls on a holiday and the library is closed, we will post the alternative date. The public is welcome to attend. View the current Board of Trustees here.
