On Monday, February 15, 2016 President's Day, City Hall will be closed. 

 

Regular Recycling Collection Services for Area 1 will occur on Monday, February 15.  There is no change, at all, the week of February 15 - 19, 2016 to the trash, recycling, and yardwaste collection services. 

 

Please check the website regularly for updates and communications from the Mayor, Board of Aldermen, and City Hall. Thank You for visiting the City of Rock Hill.

On December 3, 2015 the Cities of Olivette, Rock Hill, and Breckenridge Hills filed a lawsuit challenging St. Louis County's illegal attempt to take over the police authority of city governments.  Please take time to review the petition filed by the Cities, the press release, and a copy of Bill 276.
