Public Hearing - Tuesday, July 15, 2025 7:00 p.m.

The Rock Hill Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing on Tuesday , July 15, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Rock Hill City Hall, 827 N. Rock Hill Rd., Rock Hill, MO 63119 to hear citizen comments regarding amendments to the City Code provisions governing Subdivision Regulations . Specifically amendments to Section 400.120 “Approval of Subdivision Plats”, Chapter 410 "Subdivision Regulations ”, Section 410.010 "Definitions ", Section 410.020 " Variations and Exceptions", Section 410.070 "Generally", Section 410.080 "Preliminary Plan ", Section 410 .230 "Final Plat ", and Section 410 .240 "Boundary Adjustment Plats". All interested parties are welcome to attend.
