The Rock Hill Police Department is currently accepting applications for (1) full-time Police Officer. The starting salary is $57,000 per year, with the potential for overtime (averaging 8 hours a month, which amounts to around $4,000 extra annually) and 11 paid holidays (adding approximately $3,000 extra per year).

The City of Rock Hill provides a full, competitive benefits package, including:

(12) twelve-hour shifts with every other weekend off.   

Job requirements:

Be at least 21 years old upon graduation from the Police Academy.

MO Post Class “A” certification (or currently enrolled).

Valid Driver’s License.

Possess a High School Diploma/GED.

Be free from convictions of a Felony or a Class “A” Misdemeanor.

Be a US citizen.

We are a small town with a very supportive community that we patrol. This department is located between Webster, Brentwood, and Ladue. Our town is approximately one square mile in size, allowing us to build strong relationships within the community.
